Description du gite:
Le gite accueille 4 personnes.
Un gite spacieux de 91m2 entièrement rénové en 2022 comprenant en rez de chaussée une grande pièce de vie/salon avec deux sofas et un poêle à bois, une cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse ombragée, et une cuisine d’été dans la grange mitoyenne, et un jardin avec une piscine chauffée de mai à août . A l’étage, une chambre avec un lit de 180 et une salle de douche attenante, une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux de 90 et salle de bain et douche.
Draps et linges de toilette inclus. Serviettes de piscine sont mises à disposition.
A noté que dû à la configuration et l’ancienneté de la ferme, le gîte n’est pas conçu pour les jeunes enfants et les tous petits.

Cuisine avec four, plaque céramique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, toaster, gaufrier, batteur électrique.
Verres et carafe en plastique sont à disposition pour la piscine.
Salles de bains avec portes serviettes, gel douche, shampoing et savon, un sèche cheveux.
Equipement extérieur inclus: BBQ gaz/plancha dans la grange, chaises longues, tables et chaises, parasols.
Piscine d’environ 8m x 4m, chauffée de mai à août avec douche solaire, bain de soleil et parasols.
Profondeur 1.25m à 1.80m.
Produits de nettoyage compatibles avec fosse septique (eau de javel strictement interdite).
Chien: Nous accueillons vos petits chiens bien éduqués sur demande.
Les événements organisés et le fetes ne sont pas autorisés
Les propriétaires vivent sur place dans une grange adjacente complètement séparée et sont disponibles pour toute aide mais resteront à l'écart, sauf pour arroser les fleurs et l'entretien général.
Il est formellement interdit de fumer à l’intérieur du gîte et dans l’enclos de la piscine. A l’extérieur les mégots éteints doivent être jetés dans les cendriers.

The gite accommodate 4 people.
A recently renovated gite which retains many of its original features from when the building was a farm house. The accommodation (91.2m2) comprising of a large open plan living area with a generous lounge and kitchen separated by colombage. Alongside a well equipped kitchen there is a shaded terrace, summer kitchen in the adjacent barn and garden with a swimming pool which is heated between May and August. A comfortable living room equipped with a smart TV and a wood burning stove. There is also a downstairs toilet with a washing machine.
On the first floor we have two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pool towels are available.
Please note that due the age of the farmhouse and it’s layout, the gite is not suitable for toddlers.

Wifi, USB sockets, Smart TV, French Sat TV, DVD
Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, electric whisk.
Pool glasses and carafe are available
The bathrooms with towel racks, shower gels, shampoo, hand soap and a hair dryer.
Outside in the adjacent barn, you will find a gas BBQ/ plancha, dining table and fridge.
Heated (May to August) pool approx 8m x4m with solar shower, sunbeds and parasols. Deep end 1.80m, shallow end 1.25m.
Cleaning products suitable for septic tank (Bleach is strictly forbidden as not suitable for septic tank).
Dogs: will consider small well behaved dogs on request.
Parties and events are not allowed.
The owners live in the adjoining barn and are available throughout your stay. We remain discreet except to water plants and general maintenance.
Not smoking inside the gite and the pool enclosure. You may smoke outside in the garden or terrace.
